Pumpkin Ramekins & Panna Cotta Holiday Recipe!

A traditional Italian dessert simply made with just five ingredients! It’s easy… I promise!
Served in these adorable pumpkin ramekins, they will be a delicious hit for your holiday meal!
12 Pieces Ceramic 6 Ounces Ramekins Small Pumpkin Shaped Bowls
Panna Cotta Recipe
Ingredients:
1 packet of unflavored gelatin
½ cup whole milk
2 cups whipping cream
½ cup sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Supplies: small bowl, medium saucepan, whisk, ramekins
Directions:
- In small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in the milk, stir, and set aside
- In medium saucepan, heat the whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla over medium heat just until it starts to steam (not a boil)
- Add the gelatin mixture to the steaming milk mixture and whisk until gelatin is not grainy.
- Remove from heat.
- Pour the mixture into the pumpkin ramekins and place in the refrigerator for about five hours to chill and firm up.
- Once chilled, you can be creative adding any toppings to your panna cotta. *Ideas: drizzle caramel sauce, add berries or edible flowers, etc.
